From burnout to aligned ease
I know exactly what it’s like to feel lost, confused and overwhelmed (in business and in life).
Now I’m on a mission to help my fellow high-level ladies step into the highest version of themselves by living and working in alignment with their own energetic power.
Because the truth is, we all deserve to live our most authentic and empowered life, and you’ve already got everything you need to make it happen. All you need is a trusty guide (hi, that’s me!) to tap into your innate magic and help you find that work-life balance sweet spot.

I’ve forever been obsessed with organization & systems.
I was definitely the kid in school with color-coded tabs for each subject in my Lisa Frank binder.
That passion for efficiency and order inspired my first foray into business: In 2018, I launched Vow + Vast to help women entrepreneurs find balance by being their project manager, virtual assistant and productivity coach all in one.
As I created a system that worked for my personal vision with creating a day-to-day schedule that fit ideally with my personality and “magic hours,” I developed habits and boundaries that protected my mind and honored my body. This ended up leading to a remote, travel-friendly lifestyle that truly fed my soul.
I realized that finding true work-life alignment wasn’t only possible. It’s life-changing.
Then a few years in, I realized I was straddling two worlds that I wasn’t quite sure how to fit together: I had one foot in online business management and one in coaching, holding my clients accountable to improve their work-life harmony just as I did.
I started to enjoy the business management side of things less and less.
I knew my expert time management and business strategy support skills were crucial and in-demand services, but just working in my clients’ businesses wasn’t fulfilling me:
I wanted to work on the person behind the business
I wanted to help them embody the life they’d dreamed of when they first decided to pursue their passion by starting a business
I felt pulled in two different directions and that friction created major brain fog, anxiety and doubt. My proven practical skills were in demand, but it felt like my soul was leading me elsewhere.
From existential crisis to embodying my highest self
That magnetic pull caused me to pivot Vow + Vast in new directions that were more closely aligned with my passions, but it still felt like something was missing.
Cue desperation mode and a lengthy phone call to my best friend.
She mentioned a new kind of “personality test” called Human Design, and as she pulled my chart and gave me the low-down on being a Reflector, my mind was blown. Her insights triggered epiphany after epiphany: The way I socialized, the identity crises I’d had, the way I managed my energy, and so many of the big decisions I’d made in my life all suddenly made perfect sense.
That conversation sparked a whole new sense of energy and curiosity, and after diving deeper into my own Human Design chart, I felt the fog lift.
I started to move differently and rearrange my life based on my design: switching up my daily routines, creating more time and space in my day, monitoring how I used my energy with cycle syncing. And as I did so, I discovered a sense of ease and fulfillment that was brand new, yet felt so comfortable and natural.
It completely transformed the way I approached my life and business, and I knew I had to shout it from the rooftops.
Enter Vow + Vast now- a company that focuses on the woman who’s ready to fully embody their purpose and align it with their life and work so they can live their biggest, juiciest, most empowered, wouldn’t-even-trade-places-with-Rihanna-on-a-yacht kind of life.
