Hi, I’m Kristen!
Founder & CEO of Vow + Vast.
My life purpose is to help women figure out what their soul really wants and then create practical strategies and daily routines to make it a reality.
I’ve been in your shoes. Once upon a time I was a virtual assistant for women-owned businesses. I grew strength to strength with clients, eventually making my first pivot into project management, building a team to handle virtual assistance.
After elevating into an Online Business Manager and Systems Specialist, it became a calling to move into coaching full time- not only for you my empowered career-oriented or business owner women, but for fellow virtual assistants.
I created a Virtual Assistant Certification to impart all the knowledge I’ve gained over the past six years of assisting as well as 10 years of creating excellent client/team experiences.
The result? The MatchMaker rounding out my three signature offerings, taking everything you learned to embody your unique energetic blueprint - and saying byeeee to burnout and overwhelm for good with an energetically aligned virtual assistant of your very own.

ONE
Fill out the application here.
After a quick touch base with your matchmaker, we’ll set up a meet-cute with your potential virtual assistant.
TWO
Once the match is made, we’ll send over a 3 or 6 month proposal package.
Once completed, we’ll send over our Manual: How Match Making Works and a link to schedule your kick off call (the first date).
THREE
We’ll check-in periodically to help you build the foundations to continue adding to your team and see where your newest addition is excelling.
Once your contract is nearing an end, we’ll reach-out to see if you’d like to continue, re-match, or jump to a different package.

Our matchmaking process involves 3 steps:
1- Fill out the application here.
If we approve, we’ll schedule a quick touch base to confirm your needs. Then we’ll set up a meet-cute with your potential virtual assistant.
2- A match is made.
After your meet-cute(s), V+V will make our recommendation of who we think you should match with. At the end of the day though, the decision is yours! We’ll support you every step of the way.
To make it official, we’ll send over a 3 or 6 month proposal package.
Once completed, we’ll send over our manual: How Match Making Works and a link to schedule your kick off call.
3- Building your team’s foundations
We’ll check-in periodically in the form of check-ins and strategy calls to help you build the foundations to continue adding to your team and see where your newest addition is excelling.
Once your contract is nearing an end, we’ll reach-out to see if you’d like to continue, re-match, or jump to a different package. Easy peasy!

You absolutely do! If you feel that your first meet-cute with a VA we matched you with isn’t what you’re looking for, we’ll set you up for another call with another one of our certified VAs.
We choose VA matches based on your energy and needs, but at the end of the day, it’s your team! We’ll support you with whatever match you choose.

The 3 and 6 month VA packages include a Discovery Call with Kristen, a Meet-Cute with a potential VA match, Strategy calls with both matched VA and Kristen, and SOS calls in case you have an emergency that needs some expert advice by Kristen.
If you’re interested in the Temporary Director of Operations package (perfect for those looking to travel or are going on maternity leave), this package includes a series of 3-90 minute calls on month before your leave for Kristen to get to know the ins and outs of your business, brand, projects, and tasks. The months following will include a 30-minute check-in with Kristen to report how the business is running. You will have access to Kristen during business hours via your choice of preferred communication.

Adding any member to your team can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to help guide you through that process before your kickoff with your matched VA.
First, we recommend downloading our VA Prep Workbook which outlines what tasks and projects you’d like to delegate.
Second, on the Discovery Call with Kristen, she’ll personally walk you through what you need to prepare for your VA.
Third, on the strategy call, Kristen will further consult with you on the items and ways you can continue to smoothly onboard your VA and any new future team members.

Consider Kristen as your personal resource manager and consultant. She will be involved from beginning to end in various degrees depending on your MatchMaker package.
With 2-3 touch points throughout each month to check-in, Kristen is majorly involved at the beginning and end of each contract to onboard, strategize, consult, and off-board.
Kristen will act as the manager overseeing all tasks and projects but will remain mostly silent, communicating more often with your VA match to make sure we exceed your expectations.
Kristen, however, is your go-to match as a Temporary Director of Operations in our third MatchMaker package. You will be with her from beginning to end!
