Summer 2020 Photoshoot with A Creative Co.

Once or twice a year I invest in doing a photo shoot. It could simply be for the fact that I enjoy getting my picture taken, I'm not afraid to say it! Truly though, it's nice to have a professional get timeless shots of my mug without running and back forth for a camera timer. They are fun to do, plan for and the results are always better than expected.

More importantly than it being a fun activity to treat yourself to, they serve as great content. Which we always need, right?! Marketing is a never-sleeping beast that needs constant content! One 1 hour photoshoot equals 4-5 months’ worth of content for my website, emails, social media and blogs. Pretty good deal. The best part? Working with photographers. I truly have some talented friends guys, so that's why I'm going to showcase my latest shoot with A Creative Co.

This was a special one as Amber is my social media partner for the Classic Social Sidekick package. She strategizes and creates while I schedule and execute! A very beneficial service for small business owners who do not have the time to do their base social content. Naturally, we had to get content of us together, but she was kind enough to get me some new photos of me as well. About 99% of my clothing was thrifted or borrowed from my revolving closet at Valhalla, was armed with rose and had ideas that have been sitting in my Pinterest board forever.

The most interesting part of doing regular photoshoots is seeing how your business has grown in each shoot. Last year was more warm and cozy vibes with Christina Jones Photography. Which those vibes I still invoke every day! So much has changed since that last shoot. I noticed a more professional polish this time around with an emphasis for minimalistic details. Not only am I growing, but so is V+V! Also, another reason to get your pictures done. Watch the change!

Cheers,

Kristen
